Linocut Prints
Delivery times
- I aim to dispatch Linocut Print orders within 2-3 days of an order.
- For all UK addresses, Linocut prints are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- If you’re purchasing a gift and need delivery by a specific date please contact me first.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
We are happy for you to return items that do not meet your expectations, if returned to us in perfect condition within 14 working days of receipt. We would suggest that you use some form of delivery service that requires a signature. Once we have received the print(s) (in the condition in which they were sent) we can either offer you an alternative print or a full refund of the print value (excluding packing and shipping).
Cancelling your order
- If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us so that we can cancel the order on our system.
- If your print(s) have already shipped we will be happy to exchange or refund within 14 working days.
Framing
All of the prints featured here are sold unframed. For purchase and/or delivery of framed prints please contact us.
Vouchers
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- They can be redeemed against Linda’s linocut prints or workshops at her Borelick studio.
- Please contact Linda directly to redeem your voucher.
Workshops
- A deposit of £20 per day is payable at the time of booking to secure your place on a Linocut course.
- The balance of the fee is payable three weeks before the course begins. You will be sent a Paypal request payment for the balance of the fee.
- In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable but every effort will be made to re-book you on an alternative course.
- Please advise of any dietary requirements.
