I now run small exclusive workshops from my studio near Dunkeld in the heart of Perthshire and in Clare Suffolk in association with The Sea Pictures Gallery. Whether you are a complete novice or a skilled block printmaker, my workshops are suitable for a wide range of abilities.
At my Borelick Studio, I can only accommodate three students on each course so you are assured lots of personal tuition and the opportunity to develop your understanding of the printmaking process.
All print making materials are provided along with lunch and refreshments. Students are asked to bring a sketch book, line drawings or reference material.
Taster Days
One day course learning all the basic techniques of Linocutting, experimenting with colour and making a simple greetings card or print. All you have to bring is a simple sketch, lots of enthusiasm and be prepared to go home with inky fingers!
Two Day Workshops
Learn how to make a reduction Linocut print using a variety of printmaking techniques. This is an ambitious two days, but you will be amazed at what you can create.
Booking a Workshop
To reserve a place on one my workshops, click on the Book Now links below. You will be asked to pay a deposit, and the remainder of the fee will be due 3 weeks before the course begins. You will be sent a PayPal request for the remaining fee via email.
Terms and Conditions
- A deposit of £20 per day is payable at the time of booking to secure your place on a Linocut course.
- The balance of the fee is payable three weeks before the course begins. You will be sent a Paypal request payment for the balance of the fee.
- In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable but every effort will be made to re-book you on an alternative course.
- Please advise of any dietary requirements.
